REFRESHER Hypnobirthing - April '26

Service Description

This is the perfect opportunity to refresh your knowledge and Hypnobirthing techniques for second, third or subsequent births. We will cover the basics of labour and birth as well as explore the full range of Hypnobirthing techniques. Please note: you must have previously undertaken a full Hypnobirthing course in another pregnancy, either with us or another provider. This course will take place on Saturday 4th April, from 11am - 1.30pm in St Brelade. Cost: £125 for you and your birth partner.
