Date: Saturday 16th August, 10am - 12.30pm An opportunity for second, third etc time parents to enjoy a refresher Hypnobirthing course with us, if they have either done our full Hypnobirthing course with a previous pregnancy (also suitable if you have previously undertaken a Hypnobirthing course with a different provider). We will recap on stages of labour, and the full range of Hypnobirthing techniques. £125 for 2.5 hour session for you and your birth partner. Held in St. Brelade.
